On cold January days like these we all crave warming, hearty meals that are wholesome, too. Here, we’ve rounded up our three favourite Snowdonia Cheese winter recipes to start your year on the right foot – and you’ll want to make them again and again.

Forever the star of our winter menus, our pork and leek sausage and mash is elevated by adding Black Bomber extra mature Cheddar to the potatoes – and the secret to our rich gravy is a dollop of Balsamic Caramelised Onion Chutney.
