We can deliver your order to any address in mainland UK for just £6 – and delivery is FREE for all orders over £35.
Delivery to UK
We deliver throughout mainland UK, excluding PO Boxes, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Deliveries take place from Tuesday to Friday. Items are usually delivered within 1-4 days of the order being placed. Excluded postcodes can be seen in the FAQs section below.
Every order is packaged carefully with an ice pack in a recyclable cardboard box to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. See our Quintessential Hamper unboxing video as an example of how your hamper will arrive.

Please take care to provide the correct full delivery address (including postcode) as we can’t re-deliver any consignments sent to an incorrect address. All non-delivered consignments are destroyed as they contain fresh goods. In this circumstance the customer would be required to reorder the product/s at their cost & pay for any associated shipping.
Delivery FAQs
What is your returns policy?
As cheese is a perishable item, we can only accept returns for goods deemed to be in an unsatisfactory condition upon receipt, or for products mistakenly dispatched. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of any goods in an unsatisfactory condition or incorrectly dispatched.
Where do you deliver to?
We are currently only able to process orders to mainland UK addresses through our website. This excludes Northern Ireland and various Scottish postcodes, including the highlands. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
What happens if I’m not at home when goods are delivered?
We can only deliver to one nominated address. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a communication from our courier giving you the chance to amend the arrangements for your delivery if no one will be at home to receive it. You will be able to make arrangements to leave the delivery in a safe space or with a neighbour, or otherwise move the delivery date back by one day.
We would request that a person is home to receive the order, as parcels left at the property will be classed as completed deliveries. Please be aware that due to the perishable nature of our products, our courier service will not be able to attempt redelivery.

We make deliveries Tuesday to Friday so please ensure there will be someone at the delivery address you provide to receive your order.
Where is my invoice?
Your invoice is sent to the email address that you enter when placing the order. If you require a copy, please email info@snowdonia-cheese.co.uk.
My order has arrived damaged. What should I do?
We are very sorry your order has not arrived in perfect condition. Please contact info@snowdonia-cheese.co.uk who will be able to assist you. If possible, please provide a photo of the damaged goods.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately we are unable to take orders over the phone. Please visit our online shop to purchase our cheese or, alternatively, visit our Find a Stockist page.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders will be dispatched 2-3 days from receipt of order. We deliver Tuesday to Friday so please ensure there will be someone available at your delivery address to receive your order.
Is there a minimum order and a delivery charge?
There is no minimum order. Our delivery charge is £6 unless you spend more than £35, in which case delivery is free. We ensure every order containing cheese is packed with ice to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.
