Our creamy mature Cheddar cheese, handcrafted with natural ingredients using our own unique recipe, forms the cornerstone of many of the colourful waxed truckles in our collection – several of which have won prestigious awards. Our mature Cheddar range encompasses varieties to suit every palate, including Beech Wood, naturally cold-smoked for irresistibly sweet and smoky notes; Green Thunder, balancing rich roasted garlic with aromatic garden herbs; and Pickle Power, with tangy chunks of pickled onion – the perfect addition to a ploughman’s lunch.
