This Mother’s Day, tell Mum to put her feet up so you can spoil her with a delicious, home-baked afternoon tea – created with some of her favourite Snowdonia cheeses. Here, we’ve brought together our most delicious savoury nibbles to create an indulgent spread for Mothering Sunday on 19th March.

Whatever the time of year, no one can resist classic cheese scones – and our version is particularly moreish thanks to Black Bomber, our award-winning extra mature Cheddar. Serve them warm with plenty of butter and a dollop of Rhubarb & Gin Chutney.

Alongside these, rustle up a batch of Red Devil cheesy sausage rolls, with our fiery Red Leicester with Habanero chillies and peppers bringing a warming layer of spice to the sausage meat.

And finally, there’s our Black Bomber, roasted courgette and red pepper quiche: a golden, cheesy treat starring our signature Cheddar and lots of wholesome veggies. Dish it up while it’s still warm from the oven, and serve it with a fresh green salad.
