The arrival of spring means we have a bounty of delicious fresh produce at our fingertips once more – and how better to celebrate that than by creating a seasonal cheeseboard?

A feast for the eyes as well as the tastebuds, our spring grazing board presents a rainbow of treats. Choose your favourite serving platter or wooden cutting board and pile it high with varied flavours, textures, shapes and colours to create the perfect light lunch to enjoy at the garden table.

For this board, we’ve picked a trio of award-winning Snowdonia cheeses – Green Thunder, Black Bomber and Red Storm – and paired them with our rich Spiced Tomato & Vodka Chutney. They’re joined by asparagus stems, radishes, red chicory and juicy green olives, plus a handful of crackers and breadsticks for extra crunch.

A creamy, homemade Black Bomber pesto, swirled with soured cream (for dipping all those veggies) is a delightful finishing touch, adding another flash of spring green to the platter.
