METHOD

  1. To make a pesto dip, make the Black Bomber pesto then mix it with the soured cream. Transfer to a small bowl and place on the board.
  2. Add the chutney, vegetables and a bowl of olives to the platter.
  3. Place the crackers and breadsticks on the board.
  4. Slice the cheeses and add to the board.
