Red Storm, chicken and salsa wrap

Red Storm, our vintage Red Leicester, has nutty, caramel notes that work beautifully in this chicken salsa wrap recipe, in which cooked, shredded chicken is paired with the fresh flavours of cucumber, coriander leaves and tomato salsa. On a busy weekday lunchtime, it’s so easy to put together, too.
METHOD
- Spread 1 tablespoon of salsa over wrap, top with spring onions, cucumber and coriander leaves
- Season to taste
- Arrange a handful of shredded chicken on wrap and sprinkle cheese evenly on top
- Fold in ends of wrap and firmly roll up, cut in half to serve
