- Pre-heat oven to highest temperature.
- Place tortilla on a baking sheet.
- Spread the tortilla with chilli sauce.
- Sprinkle tortilla with half of the grated Red Devil.
- Scatter flaked tuna over the base.
- Top with the finely chopped spring onion and sweetcorn.
- Sprinkle tortilla with the remaining grated Red Devil.
- Bake in hot oven until the cheese is bubbling and base is crispy.
- Serve with a side salad.
