METHOD

  1. Pre-heat oven to highest temperature.
  2. Place tortilla on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the tortilla with chilli sauce.
  4. Sprinkle tortilla with half of the grated Red Devil.
  5. Scatter flaked tuna over the base.
  6. Top with the finely chopped spring onion and sweetcorn.
  7. Sprinkle tortilla with the remaining grated Red Devil.
  8. Bake in hot oven until the cheese is bubbling and base is crispy.
  9. Serve with a side salad.
