Beechwood pulled pork wrap

Our Beechwood mature Cheddar is much loved for its natural, smoky flavours, and they come to the fore in this pulled-pork wrap recipe. Layering barbecue sauce, crunchy coleslaw, pulled pork and a handful of our bestselling smoked cheese, this turns a simple tortilla into a quick and delicious weekend lunch.
- Spread 1 dessertspoon of BBQ sauce over wrap, top with 1 tablespoon of coleslaw and a handful of pulled pork.
- Season to taste and top with grated cheese.
- Fold in ends of wrap and firmly roll up.
- Cut in half to serve.
