This simple glazed turkey recipe uses Balsamic Caramelised Onion Chutney, brown sugar and cognac, brandy or bourbon to give your roast an indulgent twist – at Christmas or any time of year!


  1.  Combine all ingredients into a small sauce pan and heat to incorporate all ingredients. Remove from heat when everything is warm and starting to bubble. Set aside.
  2. Spoon over the turkey for the final 15 minutes of cooking – leave uncovered in oven for optimum browning.
