- Take some minced chicken, add the onion, tomatoes, breadcrumbs and seasoning. Mix together and form into burgers.
- Grill for approximately 7-10 minutes each side until piping hot and cooked through.
- Slice the Beechwood Cheddar to create round slices.
- Once cooked, top each burger with a slice of Snowdonia Beechwood Smoked Cheddar and melt under a grill or on the barbeque.
- Top with fig chutney and serve on a burger bun with lettuce and mayonnaise.
