Rock Star grazing platter

Our vintage cave-aged Cheddar, Rock Star, is at the heart of this show-stopping grazing platter. Perfect for serving with pre-dinner drinks, this decadent sharing board features dried fruits, nuts, chutney and fruity crackers.
METHOD
- Take Rock Star out of the fridge for at least half an hour to allow it to reach room temperature.
- Remove the sticky labels from the cheese and cut into wedges or cubes (please see our cutting guide for step-by-step instructions) before placing on the sharing board.
- Place the jar of chutney on the sharing board (or decant into bowls if preferred).
- Add the dried apricots, sultanas and walnuts, followed by the fruit toast.
