Our vintage cave-aged Cheddar, Rock Star, is at the heart of this show-stopping grazing platter. Perfect for serving with pre-dinner drinks, this decadent sharing board features dried fruits, nuts, chutney and fruity crackers.


  1. Take Rock Star out of the fridge for at least half an hour to allow it to reach room temperature.
  2. Remove the sticky labels from the cheese and cut into wedges or cubes (please see our cutting guide for step-by-step instructions) before placing on the sharing board.
  3. Place the jar of chutney on the sharing board (or decant into bowls if preferred).
  4. Add the dried apricots, sultanas and walnuts, followed by the fruit toast.
