METHOD

  1. Roll and slice the tortilla into strips and pan fry until golden brown. Remove from the heat, pat dry and allow to cool.
  2. Barbeque the vegetarian burger until cooked and crispy
  3. Grate the Red Devil, sprinkle on top of burger and allow to melt.
  4. Add a generous spoon of guacamole and top with the crispy tortilla strips.
  5. Serve on a burger bun with mayonnaise and fresh salad leaves as required.
