Our delicious cheeses and chutneys aren’t just available to order in our online shop. You can buy them in an array of independent delis, too – and we love seeing our colourful truckles on display in the wild. To celebrate and support the wonderful diversity of these local stockists across the UK, we’re introducing a new Deli of the Month series.

Our inaugural Deli of the Month Birkdale Cheese Co in Southport. Established more than 40 years ago, this Birkdale Village institution is a treasure trove of more than 150 continental and British cheeses – including Snowdonia truckles, of course – plus charcuterie, pâté, rillettes, port and fine wine.
