Poutine with Rock Star

Ingredients:

  • 1 Rock Star Fondue Cheese Bake
  • 300g skin-on fries
  • 300g sweet potato fries
  • Gravy (ready-made or make your own)
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced, or chives, chopped

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C fan/170°C/Gas 5.
  2. Cook the Rock Star Cheese & Wine Bake according to the pack instructions. Cook the skin-on and sweet potato fries in the oven at the same time.
  3. Heat the gravy while the chips are cooking.
  4. When the fries are ready, toss them together in a big bowl.
  5. Pour over the cheese bake then scatter over some spring onions and/or chives and serve with a jug of gravy at the side for pouring over the poutine.
