  1.  Cube a selection of Snowdonia cheeses. We recommend Black Bomber, Red Storm and Beechwood.
  2. Arrange on a slate board with whole dried apricots, large muscatel raisins, salted almonds and walnut halves.
  3. For an on the move feast, pack neatly into an airtight container.
