Large White Potatoes
Snowdonia Black Bomber Extra Mature Cheddar
Coarse Sea Salt
Pre-heat oven to 200c
Shave the Black Bomber Extra Mature Cheddar into thin slices.
Thinly slice ¾ way into the potatoes horizontally, place on a baking tray, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with the sea salt
Bake for 20mins
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shavings of Black Bomber Extra Mature Cheddar liberally over the top.
Return to the oven and bake for a further 20mins until the potatoes are soft and the cheese has melted
