METHOD

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200°c
  2. Shave the Black Bomber into thin slices
  3. Thinly slice 3/4 way into the potatoes horizontally, place on a baking tray, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shavings of Black Bomber liberally over the top.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for a further 20 minutes until the potatoes are soft and the cheese has melted.
