Black Bomber Hassleback Potatoes

Ingredients

Large White Potatoes
Snowdonia Black Bomber Extra Mature Cheddar
Olive Oil
Coarse Sea Salt

Method

  • Pre-heat oven to 200c
  • Shave the Black Bomber Extra Mature Cheddar into thin slices.
  • Thinly slice ¾ way into the potatoes horizontally, place on a baking tray, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with the sea salt
    Bake for 20mins
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shavings of Black Bomber Extra Mature Cheddar liberally over the top.
  • Return to the oven and bake for a further 20mins until the potatoes are soft and the cheese has melted
