We’re proud to reveal that we’re extending our range with our 12th Snowdonia Cheese: the indulgent Truffle Trove™. It luxuriously combines our extra mature Cheddar, crafted in North Wales, with Italian Black Summer truffles.

Our truffles are sourced from Italy, where for centuries they’ve grown in the sun-drenched ground beneath the holm oaks and hazelnut trees. These rare and delicious delicacies must be foraged with great skill and are prized throughout the world. We discovered that their unique, earthy flavour pairs beautifully with our Cheddar, extra-matured and expertly taste-tested to ensure it delivers strong savoury characteristics and a delectable sweetness.

In Truffle Trove™, the two are perfectly balanced on the palate: the result is a moreish, full-bodied cheese with undertones of wild mushroom and hazelnut, leading to notes of garlic.

Try it with a glass of Pinot Noir, a dry sparkling white such as Champagne, or complemented by our Fig & Apple Chutney. It’s sure to become the star of any cheeseboard.
