The menu presents a delicious new twist on some treasured British favourites.

Classic cauliflower cheese is reinvented as a Red Storm Brassica Bake
Cod and Green Thunder Triple-Cooked Chips offers an interesting version of a British favourite.
Finally, Simon’s Devilled Cheese Pork Sausage Roll can be served as a snack, a lovely lunch or party dish and features Red Devil.
