Delivery Information

Once you've completed your purchase, we'll send an email to your chosen recipient on the date you've selected. The email will contain details of their gift subscription along with a secure link to redeem it.
When redeeming their gift, the recipient will be able to provide their preferred delivery address and manage their subscription deliveries through our secure portal.

Do I need to know the recipient's delivery address?
No, you just need to provide the recipient's email address to buy this gift. When redeeming their gift, the recipient can enter the delivery address they'd like their subscription boxes sent to.

When will the first subscription box be delivered?
The first box will be scheduled after the recipient redeems their gift and provides their delivery details. No subscription boxes are sent until redemption is completed.
Can I choose when the recipient is notified about their gift?
