Take your campfire cooking up a notch with these smoky cheese and charcuterie skewers. Rock Star and Red Devil are skewered with spicy chorizo, chargrilled peppers, sweet tomatoes and pepperoncini, then cooked over open flames until irresistibly melted and lightly charred. Served on crusty bread slathered with our Spiced Tomato & Vodka Chutney, it's a simple yet flavour-packed fireside feast that's made for sharing.
Light your campfire and allow it to burn down to a steady flame.
Cut the Rock Star and Red Devil into approximately 2cm cubes.
Thread the cheese, chorizo slices, chargrilled peppers, cherry tomatoes and pepperoncini onto skewers, alternating ingredients for a colourful mix of flavours.
Slice the crusty baguettes in half and generously spread Spiced Tomato & Vodka Chutney over both cut sides.
Carefully hold the skewers over the open flame, turning regularly until the cheese begins to melt and, the chorizo and vegetables begin to char.
Slide the melted cheese and charcuterie mixture from the skewers onto the chutney-covered bread and serve immediately.
