Delivery & Returns Information
We can deliver your order to any address in mainland UK for just £6.00 – delivery is FREE for all orders of £35 & over unless a named day service is selected.
We deliver throughout mainland UK only, excluding PO or BFPO Boxes, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands. Deliveries take place from Tuesday to Friday.
Standard Delivery:
Delivered within 2 – 4 working days Tuesday to Friday if ordered by 2pm. £6.00 or free if you spend £35 or over.Named Day and Next Day Delivery:
Delivered on a day of your choice Tuesday to Friday for just £6.00.
Saturday and Sunday delivery:
Delivery on your chosen Saturday (only available for mainland UK). Order needs to be placed by 1pm on Friday if ordering for the following Saturday. £9.00.

Every order is packaged carefully including a reusable/recyclable cool pack and a recyclable cardboard box to ensure your goods or gift arrive in the very best condition. See our Quintessential Hamper unboxing video as an example of how your hamper will arrive.

Your order tracking number will be provided within your despatch confirmation email. Please click the link to track your order. As cheese is a perishable item, we can only accept returns for goods deemed to be in an unsatisfactory condition upon receipt, or for products mistakenly dispatched. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of any goods in an unsatisfactory condition or incorrectly dispatched. -

Lovely knife let down by the packaging.
"A really lovely, full tang knife with a nice balance, pleasing curved blade and most importantly, it does its job superbly. The knife itself is a joy to use. Sadly, I feel it's a bit let down firstly by the box - it's cardboard. Now (full disclosure) I got this with reward points, so I don't want to seem sniffy about it. However, for such a nice knife, you really want a box to keep it in best condition, and look good for as long as possible. I'm sure cost is an issue, but a more durable wooden or plastic box would be so much better. The second aspect is the actual packaging - said cardboard box arrived with a bash to one of the corners, having been packed unprotected in amongst an order of cheese. This was a bit of a shame for us, but had we wanted it to give as a gift, it would be most upsetting. It's not, sadly, the first time things have arrived a bit bashed, which is a great pity as the products are really good. A bit more thought (and a lot more bubble wrap) in the packaging process and these lovely items would have a chance to arrive in as good condition as they left."
