Delivery & Returns Information
We make every effort to ensure all items are available. Occasionally, due to high demand or supply delays, a specific product may become unavailable. If this happens, we may substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater quality and value to ensure your hamper remains exceptional.
We can deliver your order to any address in mainland UK for just £6.00 – delivery is FREE for all orders of £35 & over unless a named day service is selected.
We deliver throughout mainland UK only, excluding PO or BFPO Boxes, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands. Deliveries take place from Tuesday to Friday.
Christmas delivery cut-off:
Please order by 6pm on 21st of December 2026 to receive your order in time for Christmas.
Standard Delivery:
Delivered within 2 – 4 working days Tuesday to Friday if ordered by 2pm. £6.00 or free if you spend £35 or over.
Named Day and Next Day Delivery:
Delivered on a day of your choice Tuesday to Friday for just £6.00.
Saturday and Sunday delivery:
Delivery on your chosen Saturday (only available for mainland UK). Order needs to be placed by 1pm on Friday if ordering for the following Saturday. £9.00.
Packaged with Care:
Every order is packaged carefully including a reusable/recyclable cool pack and a recyclable cardboard box to ensure your goods or gift arrive in the very best condition. See our Quintessential Hamper unboxing video as an example of how your hamper will arrive.

Order Tracking:
Your order tracking number will be provided within your despatch confirmation email. Please click the link to track your order. The courier company (DHL or Royal Mail) will contact the mobile number given when placing the order to provide an update on the expected day & time of arrival.
Returns Policy:
As cheese is a perishable item, we can only accept returns for goods deemed to be in an unsatisfactory condition upon receipt, or for products mistakenly dispatched. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of any goods in an unsatisfactory condition or incorrectly dispatched.

"I have bought this trio twice for family/friends get togethers served with snowdonia crackers and chutney and figs and grapes. Fast and easy to prepare and always gets lots of lovely comments for the way it looks and the flavour. The truffle one is a big favourite. Just ideal."

"Bought a few times from Snowdonia and cheese quality is amazing and well worth the price. Three reasons it's not getting 5*. 1) sometimes I get a truckle expiring in 2 months. That isn't an issue but if I am buying 6 truckles, it can be. The company should do better to be mindful with customers about that. 2) add more of those cooler bags, there was one thiny ice bag for 6 truckles. I do get worried esp on the 3 points. 3) DHL isn't a reliable partner but not sure how to complain to them. Once I found the box left outside by the pavement, not even in front of my door and no one rang the doorbell though I was in the whole time. Second time, there was a delay and I ended up getting the delivery the next day. The company should let customers know what to do in those circumstances. Aside, great cheese but hoping such reviews will be good feedback to the company."

"I bought a number of items(5) for a family member as a Christmas present, 2 weeks before Christmas, they never arrived. I phoned 3 times and emailed twice to chase before Christmas …no one responded so no present arrived for Christmas. Snowdonia finally responded on 28th and very efficiently reordered it for me and it was delivered very promptly. Such a shame as the products are wonderful but the courier let them down very very badly…. ."
"Unfortunately, when I ordered I put the wrong postcode. There were 2 postcodes for the same address but in different towns. My mistake, but disappointed that the recipients received the gift knowing it wasn’t for them, and my friend didn’t have anything. I am sure the contents were delicious though."
