We make every effort to ensure all items are available. Occasionally, due to high demand or supply delays, a specific product may become unavailable. If this happens, we may substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater quality and value to ensure your hamper remains exceptional.
We can deliver your order to any address in mainland UK for just £6.00 – delivery is FREE for all orders of £35 & over unless a named day service is selected.
We deliver throughout mainland UK only, excluding PO or BFPO Boxes, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands. Deliveries take place from Tuesday to Friday.Standard Delivery:
Delivered within 2 – 4 working days Tuesday to Friday if ordered by 2pm. £6.00 or free if you spend £35 or over.Named Day and Next Day Delivery:
Delivered on a day of your choice Tuesday to Friday for just £6.00.
Saturday and Sunday delivery:
Delivery on your chosen Saturday (only available for mainland UK). Order needs to be placed by 1pm on Friday if ordering for the following Saturday. £9.00.

Your order tracking number will be provided within your despatch confirmation email. Please click the link to track your order. As cheese is a perishable item, we can only accept returns for goods deemed to be in an unsatisfactory condition upon receipt, or for products mistakenly dispatched. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of any goods in an unsatisfactory condition or incorrectly dispatched. -

"I bought the hamper for a friend reviving from knee surgery and it really cheered them up. He loved cheese and all the chutneys wine and biscuits etc was a real treat. They sent me a picture and phoned very excited. Good decision for a special treat that wasn’t flowers or chocolates."

Dreadful!!! We paid £85 for a Whicker hamper with wine and received a box with a few cheeses in it. When we queried it they sent another box with the same cheeses in with a small board!

When we queried it they sent another box with the same wrong cheeses in with a small board! Totals £60 on their website. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. So so upset! Emailed again after 2nd parcel arrived and still no response. No apology, no communication, impossible to speak to anyone on the phone just diverted to the courier! Cant recommend highly enough for you to steer clear of this company"
