Delivery & Returns Information
We make every effort to ensure all items are available. Occasionally, due to high demand or supply delays, a specific product may become unavailable. If this happens, we may substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater quality and value to ensure your hamper remains exceptional.
We can deliver your order to any address in mainland UK for just £6.00 – delivery is FREE for all orders of £35 & over unless a named day service is selected.
We deliver throughout mainland UK only, excluding PO or BFPO Boxes, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands. Deliveries take place from Tuesday to Friday.Standard Delivery:
Delivered within 2 – 4 working days Tuesday to Friday if ordered by 2pm. £6.00 or free if you spend £35 or over.Named Day and Next Day Delivery:
Delivered on a day of your choice Tuesday to Friday for just £6.00.
Saturday and Sunday delivery:
Delivery on your chosen Saturday (only available for mainland UK). Order needs to be placed by 1pm on Friday if ordering for the following Saturday. £9.00.

Your order tracking number will be provided within your despatch confirmation email. Please click the link to track your order. As cheese is a perishable item, we can only accept returns for goods deemed to be in an unsatisfactory condition upon receipt, or for products mistakenly dispatched. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of any goods in an unsatisfactory condition or incorrectly dispatched. -

"Lovely cheese for Father’s Day. Wasn’t sold on the box as I’d ordered an extra truckle and it had been thrown in on top of the selection box which made the box misshaped and bulging, that and the fact it had been thrown around in transit made it not a very ‘wow’ gift as the box was buggered when it arrived! The packaging also sticks to the cheese wax."

"This is my second order from Snowdonia. Fast delivery and good packaging. The cheese is absolutely wonderful, black bomber 10/10, followed closely by rock star. Red storm, beech wood, amber mist and green thunder are all very enjoyable and tasty and I would recommend all of them. So tasty. Also had an issue with second delivery with the carrier managing to damage some of the cheeses in the box (it looked a bit like it had been kicked around and squashed) customer service was exceptional and redelivered the order to me very quickly so full marks to them. Brilliant cheese and company. Recommended."

"Love the cheeses - absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately the box was damaged in transit and the ice pack popped meaning the straw and box were soaking wet and falling apart and the draw was sticking to the cheese wax. Cheese was fine inside though."
