A cheese and chocolate tasting experience made for sharing. Four award-winning Snowdonia cheeses. Four single-estate chocolate bars by Willie’s Cacao. Four unexpectedly delicious flavour pairings.

Delivery & Returns Information

We make every effort to ensure all items are available. Occasionally, due to high demand or supply delays, a specific product may become unavailable. If this happens, we may substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater quality and value to ensure your hamper remains exceptional.
We can deliver your order to any address in mainland UK for just £6.00 – delivery is FREE for all orders of £35 & over unless a named day service is selected.

We deliver throughout mainland UK only, excluding PO or BFPO Boxes, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands. Deliveries take place from Tuesday to Friday.
Standard Delivery:
Delivered within 2 – 4 working days Tuesday to Friday if ordered by 2pm. £6.00 or free if you spend £35 or over.
Named Day and Next Day Delivery:
Delivered on a day of your choice Tuesday to Friday for just £6.00.

Saturday and Sunday delivery:
Delivery on your chosen Saturday (only available for mainland UK). Order needs to be placed by 1pm on Friday if ordering for the following Saturday. £9.00.

Packaged with Care:
Every order is packaged carefully including a reusable/recyclable cool pack and a recyclable cardboard box to ensure your goods or gift arrive in the very best condition. See our Quintessential Hamper unboxing video as an example of how your hamper will arrive.

Order Tracking:
Your order tracking number will be provided within your despatch confirmation email. Please click the link to track your order. The courier company (DHL or Royal Mail) will contact the mobile number given when placing the order to provide an update on the expected day & time of arrival.
Returns Policy:
As cheese is a perishable item, we can only accept returns for goods deemed to be in an unsatisfactory condition upon receipt, or for products mistakenly dispatched. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of any goods in an unsatisfactory condition or incorrectly dispatched.

"The delivery of my order was incredibly fast. Well packaged and arrived in the condition in which it had been packed. It looked incredibly enticing and it was. All the cheeses were different in flavour and all very nice. Personally I didn’t get the cheese and chocolate thing, but that’s just me. We followed the reading notes to the letter and had a great “picky” tea. I as well as our daughter will definitely be placing further orders. Our daughter says that they make a great Christmas gift. I just loved different cheeses."

I ordered a cheese and

"I ordered a cheese and chocolate hamper at the end of March for my husband’s birthday early April. When the product arrived some of the chocolate boxes were damaged and I was disappointed to find a leaflet for 10% for purchases made in January suggesting the product had been boxed up for some time. I also discovered the Best Before dates are also only a months away. Still to sample the products so hopefully this will make up for everything else being a little disappointing."
