We make every effort to ensure all items are available. Occasionally, due to high demand or supply delays, a specific product may become unavailable. If this happens, we may substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater quality and value to ensure your hamper remains exceptional.
We can deliver your order to any address in mainland UK for just £6.00 – delivery is FREE for all orders of £35 & over unless a named day service is selected.
We deliver throughout mainland UK only, excluding PO or BFPO Boxes, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands. Deliveries take place from Tuesday to Friday.Standard Delivery:
Delivered within 2 – 4 working days Tuesday to Friday if ordered by 2pm. £6.00 or free if you spend £35 or over.Named Day and Next Day Delivery:
Delivered on a day of your choice Tuesday to Friday for just £6.00.
Saturday and Sunday delivery:
Delivery on your chosen Saturday (only available for mainland UK). Order needs to be placed by 1pm on Friday if ordering for the following Saturday. £9.00.

Your order tracking number will be provided within your despatch confirmation email. Please click the link to track your order. As cheese is a perishable item, we can only accept returns for goods deemed to be in an unsatisfactory condition upon receipt, or for products mistakenly dispatched. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of any goods in an unsatisfactory condition or incorrectly dispatched. -

"Bought a gift basket, when it came the basket was poorly wrapped, the cheeses and chutney were loose and one chutney was missing. I emailed and the missing chutney was replaced quickly, which was good. But the first parcel wasn't great. And the chutney jars are tiny. An ok buy but disappointing."

My only complaint is you really need to sort out your delivery company as a few times we have had issues with late deliveries and incorrect emails advising me when delivery will take place. Such a shame to be spoilt by your current delivery company."

Delivery was quick and everything arrived perfectly chilled thanks to the reusable ice packs, which was a great touch and much more sustainable than I expected. Most importantly, the cheese itself was absolutely delicious, rich, creamy, and full of flavour. The only reason it’s not a full five stars is because there’s always room for just a little more indulgence, but I’ll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommended!"
