By expertly maturing it for 18 months, our cheesemakers create the intense, nutty and deliciously rich flavour, beautifully balanced with sweet caramel notes, that have won it multiple awards over the years.
And in Red Devil, that famous Red Leicester savouriness is given a fiery kick thanks to the addition of our own secret blend of Habanero chillies, peppers and spices.
