Juicy chicken is glazed in our golden Hot Honey, then layered with crisp vegetables and shards of Rock Star, our vintage cave-aged Cheddar with a rich, savoury bite. Best served outdoors with a glass of chilled white wine.

Method

  1. Add the jar of Hot Honey, 1 tbsp olive oil and salt and pepper to a bowl and stir thoroughly, reserving half the mixture in a small jug for the dressing.
  2. Next, add the chicken breasts and allow them to marinate for 10-20 mins.
  3. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to the pan and bring to a medium heat.
  4. Add the marinated chicken breasts and pan fry for about 10 mins, turning frequently until thoroughly cooked and the juices run clear.
  5. Remove the chicken from the pan and let it cool before slicing.
  6. Using a cheese slice, peel shards of cheese from the truckle of Rock Star.
  7. Arrange the salad by adding all the vegetables, lettuce, sliced chicken and Rock Star slivers to a large bowl before pouring over the dressing.
