A few months ago, a message landed in our inbox that stopped us in our tracks. Jo, one of our customers, had been busy in the kitchen – and she wanted to share what she’d made.
“Truffle Trove is the best cheese in the world,” she said. “It takes this sauce to the next level.” When Jo sent us her recipe, we knew we had to get straight into the kitchen.
Jo had created a rich, creamy linguine sauce made with both Truffle Trove – our sensationally luxurious extra mature Cheddar infused with Black Summer truffle – and Black Bomber, double cream, chestnut mushrooms, chicken and pancetta. “This is the number-one requested meal by my stepkids,” she said. Having recreated it ourselves, we can see why.
