Green Thunder Dip

This is a really simple recipe which allows the flavour of the cheese to shine through. It’s a great alternative to hummus.


100g Snowdonia Green Thunder
70ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
30ml Lemon Juice


  • Break the Snowdonia Green Thunder into chunks.
  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until a smooth mayonnaise style consistency is achieved.
  • Serve with crisps, tortillas, pitta bread or vegetable crudities.
