For this gourmet feast we’ve chosen five of our award-winning cheeses – Black Bomber extra mature Cheddar; Red Storm vintage Red Leicester; Truffle Trove, our extra mature Cheddar with Italian Black Summer truffle; Rock Star, our vintage cave-aged Cheddar; and Beech Wood, a mature Cheddar naturally smoked over beechwood. They’re accompanied by Caramelised Balsamic Onion, Fig & Apple, and Rhubarb & Gin chutneys, our Black Bomber Welsh Rarebit and Rock Star Cheese & Wine cheese bakes, and two boxes of our small-batch crackers – Spelt & Sea Salt and Fig & Cranberry – plus a stylish serving board crafted from Welsh slate. Complete the feast with Sicilian olives, balsamic vinegar of Modena, Iberico ham, extra virgin olive oil, salted-caramel figs and much, much more. We can deliver your order to any address in mainland UK for just £6.00 – standard delivery is FREE for all orders of £35 & over unless a named day service is selected.
We deliver throughout mainland UK only, excluding PO or BFPO Boxes, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands. Deliveries take place from Tuesday to Friday (Mon-Fri from Nov & Dec). Items sent on a standard delivery service (free) are usually delivered within 1-4 working days from the order being placed.

Delivered within 2 – 4 working days Tuesday to Friday (Mon-Fri from Nov & Dec) if ordered by 2pm. £6.00 or free if you spend £35 or over.
Named Day and Next Day Delivery
Delivered on a day of your choice Tuesday to Friday (Mon-Fri from Nov & Dec) £6.00.
Saturday and Sunday delivery
Delivery on your chosen Saturday or Sunday (only available for mainland UK). Order needs to be placed by 1pm on Saturday if ordering for the following Sunday. £9.00. (Sunday deliveries available in Nov & Dec only)

Cheese Preparation Guide
Our cheeses are famous for their jewel-coloured wax casings – not only do they look good, but they keep the cheese tasting delicious, retain all-important moisture and help preserve it, too. Here are our recommendations for preparing waxed cheeses to serve.
First, remove the cheese from the fridge and allow it to reach room temperature before cutting into it. This softens the wax slightly and cheese also tastes better when it’s not fridge-cold.
Next, remove the sticky labels. To make a good, clean slice, make sure you always use a very sharp knife.
