What happens if I’m not at home when goods are delivered?

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a communication from our courier giving you the chance to amend the arrangements for your delivery should no one be at home to receive it. You will be able to make arrangements to leave the delivery in a safe space or with a neighbour or otherwise move the delivery date forward by one day. Please be aware that due to the perishable nature of our products, our courier service will not be able to attempt redelivery.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address so please ensure delivery address details are correct at the time of ordering. If you have any queries, please contact info@snowdonia-cheese.co.uk.

We make deliveries Tuesday to Friday so please ensure there will be someone at the delivery address you provide to receive your order.
