How safe is the cheese to eat if my parcel is left outside my property in warm weather?
If a customer is not home to receive delivery and no arrangements have been made to leave the delivery in a safe space or with a neighbour, couriers will leave the parcel outside the property. If this occurs and the parcel is left in warm weather for a number of hours, the cheese will almost certainly still be safe to eat. We include cooling packs in the parcel, and prepare and pack the contents in such a way that high temperatures can be withstood for several hours.
