Cheddar with Altitude

Julian Bayliss (PhD, MSc, BSc) FRGS, FRES is a Conservation Scientist, explorer and a Snowdonia Cheese fan!! So much so, that he packed Red Devil, Pickle Power, Smoked Beechwood and Bouncing Berry on a recent expedition to Mozambique. He even sent us selfies, enjoying cheese and crackers from the top of Mount Mabu.
